Here is how we use the information within your profile:

  • Address: We use your address to deliver you the products you ordered. Any changes to the shipping & billing address are not possible once order has been placed.
  • E-mail Address: We use your e-mail address to send you confirmation of your order and confirmation of shipment and to sign you in (along with your password).
  • Phone Numbers: We keep your telephone numbers on file to notify you in case of a problem with your order.
  • Credit card numbers are used only for payment processing and fraud protection and they are not retained for any other purposes.

You can place the order at our Call Centre at 022 423 22 333 and place order as per online catlog. All other payment process has to be competed offline.
We accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express credit cards & Net Banking from more than 50 banks. All International cards are accepted. Delivery address should be within India.
Items in remain in your cart and will be available until the session expires. In case you are inactive & not able to complete the transaction, you will be asked to login again.
You may call our Call Centre & speak to our customer representative so that we can confirm when your product will become available.
Yes, once your order has been placed you should receive a confirmation email immediately on your registered email ID.
Orders can only be cancelled before shipping. Please call our Call Centre on 022 423 22 333 to cancel an order.
After logging in, click on the "My Account" link located on every page, and then click on "My Orders".
Provided that your ordered item is in stock it will usually take 7 business days to deliver your order to you after is has been processed and payment is received and cleared.
Currently, we do not ship to addresses outside of India.
Delivery of all orders is currently free of charge or with flat shipping charge on some products.
All refunds against order cancellations after adjusting the cancellation charges if any , will be routed through the original payment process such as payment gateway CC Avenue or banks in case of EMI offers. However if there is any change in order and the differential amount if any to be refunded may be sent through a cheque payment at the discretion of Sun Systems.
